Pak'N'Save Loyalty Kiosks

// Self-service customer rewards kiosks

The Project

Powerful self-service loyalty implementation adds value for supermarket customers

With New Zealand's first in-store targeted offer delivery system, Foodstuffs Wellington was looking to increase customer loyalty and coupon redemption behaviour.

The user interface required ease of use, transaction speed, personalisation and tight integration with POS and customer records.

Customers are identified by barcode and the kiosk prints generic, customer and store specific offers. These are redeemable at any point of sale immediately. Time based and cumulative offers also increase store visits and basket values.

Technologies

  • NCR 7401, 15" touchscreen
  • Barcode scanner
