Iserve issue prevents customers getting through to sites

The outage started about 7:30 this morning and affected all of the sites which Phosphor hosts where DNS is registered with IServe. (as well as many others) It was described as follows:

Network issues with an upstream provider are preventing many customers from getting through to iSERVE hosted sites...

Our upstream providers have advised that they have isolated the issue and are currently working to resolve a hardware issue. We will post further updates as information comes to hand.
